PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (โTERMSโ) CAREFULLY. BY USING THE SITES, THE COMPARISON TOOL OR ANY OTHER SERVICES YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. YOUR ATTENTION IS DRAWN TO THE โLIMITED LIABILITYโ SECTION BELOW.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Sites, the Comparison Tool or any other Services.

These Terms govern your use of our websites, sub-pages, the Employsome EOR comparison tool (the โComparison Toolโ), widgets, mobile or web applications, APIs, and any services available on or through them (the โSitesโ and the โServicesโ). You should also review any additional terms that apply to specific Services. We may amend these Terms from time to time; each time you use the Sites please check the Terms in force at that time.
Other terms that may apply include our Privacy Policy, our Editorial Guidelines and any separate terms of supply.
Conduct
You agree not to: (i) upload or distribute files containing malware; (ii) interfere with or disrupt the Sites or the Comparison Tool; (iii) use automated tools, bots, scrapers or APIs to access, mirror or collect data from the Sites or Comparison Tool without our prior written permission; (iv) impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; (v) harvest personal data of other users or Providers; (vi) impersonate any person or entity; (vii) post fraudulent, defamatory, obscene or illegal content; or (viii) use the Services for unlawful purposes. You must comply with all applicable laws.
Intellectual property
All content on the Sites and within the Comparison Tool, including text, data, ratings, scoring methodology, graphics, designs, databases, layouts and software, is owned or licensed by Employsome. You may view, copy and print materials solely for internal business or personal use. Any sale, duplication, redistribution, scraping, modification, training of machine learning models on, or commercial reuse of our content or comparison data outside this scope is prohibited without our prior written consent.
Software licence
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our software and the Comparison Tool solely in connection with your bona fide use of the Sites and Services. You must not reverse engineer, decompile or modify such software except where permitted by law.
Inquiries, leads and Provider introductions
When you submit hiring criteria, request a quote, click โRequest EOR Quoteโ or any equivalent action, or otherwise express interest in one or more Providers through the Comparison Tool, you authorise Employsome to share with each selected Provider the relevant information from your Submission, which may include your name, business email, telephone number, company name, country and city of hire, headcount, salary range, role, intended start date and any free-text comments you have provided.
Each Provider will process your information as an independent data controller in accordance with its own privacy policy. Employsome is not responsible for how a Provider handles, stores, retains or further shares your information once it has been transmitted to that Provider. Providers may contact you directly using the contact details you supplied.
You may withdraw consent for further sharing at any time by contacting us at hello@employsome.com. Withdrawal will not affect any sharing already completed before your request was processed, nor will it require a Provider to delete information already received (which is governed by that Providerโs own retention policies and applicable law).
Commercial relationships and referral compensation
Employsome may receive a referral fee, listing fee, lead fee, subscription fee or commission from Providers when you sign up to, are introduced to, or contract with them through the Sites or the Comparison Tool. We may also receive payment from Providers for sponsored placements, paid listings, badges or featured profiles, which are clearly identified as such where applicable.
These commercial arrangements allow us to keep the Comparison Tool and most editorial content free for users. They do not influence our editorial scoring or ranking methodology, which is described in our Editorial Guidelines. Provider rank within country guides and best-of lists is never sold, and Employsome does not guarantee any specific ranking position, score or visibility to any Provider.
Editorial independence
Employsome is independent of all Providers listed. Editorial content, scores, reviews, comparisons, rankings and verdicts are produced by our editorial team and are not subject to Provider approval. Where a Provider has supplied factual input (for example, to correct pricing or feature data), that input is reviewed and verified before publication.
No reliance and comparison disclaimer
Employsome provides independent comparison tools, data and editorial content to help you evaluate Employer of Record (EOR), payroll outsourcing and Professional Employment Organization (PEO) providers. We do not provide legal, tax, HR, accounting, payroll or immigration advice. Information on the Sites and within the Comparison Tool is general in nature and may not be accurate, complete or current at the time you view it. You should obtain independent professional advice and request a binding quote from the relevant Provider before making any hiring or contracting decisions.
Links
The Sites and Comparison Tool may contain links to third-party websites, including Provider websites, sign-up flows and quote forms. We do not endorse or control these sites and bear no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by your use of them.
No warranties
The Sites, the Comparison Tool and all data made available through them are provided on an โas isโ and โas availableโ basis. We make no warranties that the Services or the Comparison Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely or meet your expectations, nor that any pricing, coverage, feature, ranking, score or other information provided is complete, accurate or current. We may suspend, modify or withdraw any part of the Sites or the Comparison Tool at any time, including individual Providers, data points or features.
Limited liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EMPLOYSOME (INCLUDING ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, SAVINGS, EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITES, THE COMPARISON TOOL, ANY SUBMISSION, OR ANY ENGAGEMENT WITH A PROVIDER INTRODUCED THROUGH THE SITES. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR FOR ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER SINGAPORE LAW.
Any claim relating to the Sites, the Comparison Tool or the Services must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action arising.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Employsome and its affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Sites or the Comparison Tool, any content or Submission you provide, your engagement with a Provider, or your violation of third-party rights.
Monitoring
Subject to our Privacy Policy, we may monitor activity on the Sites and within the Comparison Tool, and remove or restrict any content, Submission or user access for violations of these Terms or for operational, security or compliance reasons.
Provision of information
To use the Comparison Tool and certain other Services, you must provide accurate and complete information about your hiring need (such as country of hire, headcount, salary range, employment type, role and contact details) and update it as needed. You warrant that you are authorised to provide such information on behalf of your business and that providing it does not breach any duty of confidentiality you owe to a third party.
You grant Employsome a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, process, store and display your Submission to: (a) operate and improve the Sites and the Comparison Tool; (b) share with selected Providers in accordance with the โInquiries, leads and Provider introductionsโ section above; and (c) compile aggregated, anonymised market insights and benchmarks. Public communications you submit (such as comments, reviews or testimonials) are considered non-confidential and may be displayed publicly with attribution to the name and company you provide.
Compliance with laws
You must not use the Sites or the Comparison Tool in a manner that violates applicable laws or exposes Employsome, its partners or any Provider to sanctions under Singapore, EU, UK, US or any other applicable international law (including export control, anti-money-laundering and sanctions regimes).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Sites or the Comparison Tool at any time for breach of these Terms or for operational, legal or compliance reasons. Termination will not affect accrued rights or obligations. Clauses intended to survive termination will remain in effect, including the โLimited liabilityโ, โIndemnityโ, โIntellectual propertyโ and โGeneralโ sections.
General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. You and Employsome agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable. No joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship is created by these Terms. You may not assign rights under these Terms without our consent.
Intended audience
The Sites and the Comparison Tool are accessible globally, but certain Services, Providers or country coverage may be limited to specific jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that any Provider, service or contracting structure you select complies with the local laws applicable to your business operations and to the workers you intend to engage.
Provider listings and comparison transactions
Employsome is a comparison and lead-generation platform. We do not act as an employer, Employer of Record, Professional Employment Organization, payroll provider, Agent of Record, agent or representative of any Provider. We do not employ workers, run payroll, hold funds or sign employment contracts. Any agreement you enter into with a Provider, including any service agreement, employment contract, statement of work or pricing schedule, is solely between you and that Provider. You should conduct due diligence and seek professional advice before entering into any such contract.
Customer accounts
If you create an account, including a saved comparison, watchlist or alert, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
Data and privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes the categories of data we collect through the Comparison Tool, our legal bases for processing, our data sharing with Providers, and your rights as a data subject. By using the Sites and the Comparison Tool, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in that policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes (such as new Comparison Tool functionality, changes to data sharing or new charges) will be communicated by updating this page and, where appropriate, notifying registered users. Continued use of the Sites or the Comparison Tool after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
