Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 May 2026

Employsome provides an independent platform to compare Employer of Record (EOR), Professional Employment Organization (PEO), payroll outsourcing and other HR-related service providers in real time. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through our website and Comparison Tool, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.

If you contact Providers through us, request a quote or use the Comparison Tool, please read the section โ€œThe Comparison Tool: how your information flowsโ€ carefully. It explains how your inquiry data is shared with selected Providers.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and our Cookie Policy.

Who we are and scope

Who we are and scope

This Policy covers our website at employsome.com, the real-time EOR comparison tool (the โ€œComparison Toolโ€), our newsletters, and any other services that link to this Policy (together, the โ€œSitesโ€).

Employsome is the data controller for personal data we collect about you through the Sites. When you submit an inquiry to a Provider through the Comparison Tool, that Provider becomes an independent data controller for the data shared with it (see โ€œSharing your information with Providersโ€ below).

The Comparison Tool: how your information flows

The Comparison Tool: how your information flows

The Comparison Tool is the central feature of Employsome and the main way personal data flows through our service. Here is what happens at each stage:

1. You enter hiring criteria. Country, headcount, salary range, role and similar inputs are processed by us to generate live comparison results, scores and total cost estimates. At this stage, no personal data is shared with any Provider.

2. You request a quote, introduction or further information. When you click โ€œRequest EOR Quoteโ€ or any equivalent action, you authorise us to share your Submission with the Provider(s) you have selected.

3. We transmit your Submission to each selected Provider. The fields shared typically include your name, business email, telephone (if provided), company name, country of hire, headcount, and any free-text comments.

4. The Provider takes over. Each Provider becomes an independent data controller for the information shared with it. The Provider may contact you directly using the details you supplied, and will handle, store and retain your data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable law.

5. We continue to use a copy of your Submission to operate the Sites, follow up with you, measure conversion and lead quality, improve the Comparison Tool, and produce aggregated market insights.

You can withdraw consent for further sharing at any time by emailing hello@employsome.com. Withdrawal does not affect sharing already completed, and does not require Providers to delete data they have already received.

Affiliate and advertising disclosure

Affiliate and advertising disclosure

Employsome may receive a referral fee, listing fee, lead fee, subscription fee or commission from Providers when you sign up to, are introduced to, or contract with them through the Sites or Comparison Tool. When you click a Provider link or submit an inquiry, limited information such as click time and an anonymous referral identifier may be shared with the Provider to attribute the referral.

These commercial arrangements do not influence our editorial scoring or ranking methodology. Read more in our Editorial Guidelines.

International transfers

International transfers

Employsome operates globally and works with Providers and service providers in multiple countries. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your own, including outside the EEA, UK, US or Singapore.

Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for these transfers, including the European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum where relevant), recognised adequacy decisions, and supplementary technical and organisational measures. You can request a copy of the safeguards in place for a specific transfer by contacting us at hello@employsome.com.

Security

Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including access controls, encryption in transit, logging and regular reviews. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond promptly to any incident.

Children

Children

Our Sites and the Comparison Tool are intended for adults using them in a business capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us at hello@employsome.com and we will delete it.

Do Not Track

Do Not Track

Our Sites do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals because there is no agreed industry standard for them. To manage tracking, please use our cookie banner, your browser privacy settings, or visit our Cookie Policy for the full live list of cookies and consent controls.
